Meeting Anouncements

So far our club had yet to be approved, but for meetign anouncements changes or updated schedules we will post them in this thread.

so as of today i asked mr. karuba (not flynn) about weather he has read our letter... and he has!! yay! he seems preety okay with it and somewhat interested, he says we should wait a week before we start meetings with and advisor because he would still like to run the club by the school adminisrator (or someone important) but otherwise it looks like we should have meeting up next week (no not homecomming week this next tuesady but the week after)

so, let's do our best!

also i've recwently figured out that www.animefreak.tv does work on the school site and isn't blockd.,.. i havent figured out whether or not the vido on the site works yet. also most forums work as well so www.franky-house.com works here too... (but be warned avi's and sigs are not clean!)

okay so just a reminder there will be no meet this week but there should be one the week after, i think we might have to move tha date from time to time (no tuesdays) so some of the jazz band kids can make it so when we do do this we will have to talk it ove with karuba and the advisors though

Well it can't be wed as chess club is then. and mondays dont work because of boyscouts. Thurs seems to be the typical marching band stuff (Idk how long its gonna last stillt though...) and who wants to do this fri?

no wendays are marching band... so we deff arent going to get everyone at once, we could go to friday (for off meeting days) if need be because we just gottah stay after for marching band later anyways 4 the game

Not from what its been for me mostly. :/ Everything for it has been on thursdays recently. :p

no only last thrusday was there something but oh well there's jaz band on thursdays as well

... blah then we're screwed. Why are we tailoring the schedule to jazz bands'? None of the officers are in it. :/

kyle we dont have club if we dont a have people aside from the 4 of us so the majority of wanting to join members are in jazz band SO we can try to change our schedule ONCE for them

Fridays are sketchy for me..... XD i think mondays would be nice but as kyle calimed they dont work for him... but i could work my scedule around mondays if need bee!

Well i can probably get mondays to work.. itll just be a really busy day for me. :/ The meeting would only be 1-2 hours right? If thats it i could PROBABLY fit it in..

1 to 1 1/2 hours we wont have long meetig unles its work for a fundraiser or something

0. intro to anime club/ website

1. greet members

2. hands out the survey

3. talk about intro to anime/manga, (kind of a Q and A to see how much our members know)

4. discuss possible animes/ make list

5. inrto to hetali axis powers

6. watch 3-4 hetali episodes (english)

7. discuss next meetings

8. discuss admisistrative issues (BOE approval, fundraising, events)

Sounds good to me then. ^^
